Orders received by 1pm EST on a business day will be sent on that day, except in the case of some pumps, which may be shipped direct from the manufacturer, and Rainwater Tanks, which are made to order.  We use StarTrack Express for larger items, and Australia Post for smaller items.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

• Shipping cost is determined byorder total in most cases, except where an amount is specified on the product, or where Free Shipping is available.  Please see the table on the  "Shipping Costs" page. 
• To find out the shipping charges that apply to you within Australia, simply add the items to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout where the full cost will be calculated and displayed before you make any payment.
• It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering.  Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
• Larger items will not be shipped to a Post Office Box, so please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address when you place your order.  Also include any details about leaving goods if you will not be at the address when goods are delivered.
